As explained in the TAODA Bylaws, we offer two types of membership:

1) Artist Member

2) Associate Member

If you haven't yet done so, please review bylaws Article IV which deals with membership. Section 1 explains Artist Membership. Section 2 explains Associate Membership. Our association year is July 1 - June 30 of the following year. Membership dues are $25 per year for Artist Members, and $10 per year for Associate Members. Artist Members joining after December 31, during the association fiscal year will pay prorated dues of $15 for that year only. Associate Members joining at any time of the year will pay the full dues amount.

To apply for Artist Membership

1) Download and fill out the Membership Packet. ( 150k PDF Format - Acrobat Reader required)
The Membership Packet includes: Application for Membership, Hold Harmless Agreement, Photo Authorization.

2) Contact Angela Jarecki to verify dues amount required (full or prorated amount)

3) Write check or money order for amount of dues. Make check payable to: TAODA

4) Submit by mail or electronically, photos of 3 original dolls you have made. Photos will not be returned. For electronic submissions, we ask that pictures are at least 4x6 (no larger than 8x10) and no larger than 150 dpi. We do not jury for membership. Photos are simply to verify that applicant does make original dolls.

5) Mail all 3 completed forms, check, and photos (unless submitted by email) to address given in the Membership Packet.

To apply for Associate Membership

1) Download and fill out the Membership Packet. ( 150k PDF Format - Acrobat Reader required)
The Membership Packet includes: Application for Membership, Hold Harmless Agreement, Photo Authorization.
You will only need to print and fill out the Application for Membership for Associate Membership.

2) Check box on application for Associate Membership

3) Fill out application.

4) Write check or money order payable to TAODA in the amount of $10.

5) Mail completed application and check to address given in the Membership Packet.
